A booming digitalized shipping industry simplifying order and tracking process. The company aims to improve and build a greener approach in shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emerge in leading project development, change management and implementation of processes linking the business and technical perspectives.
- Collaborate and partner with multi-levels stakeholders across various geographic locations and Regional Head Offices.
- Provide business support & training to application systems.
- Work with business stakeholders and regional counterparts on business processes, performance monitoring, reporting, improvement analysis, solutioning and governance.
- Act as intermediary between business users & technical team to gather requirements, perform analysis, provide documentation, conduct user acceptance test & user training.
- Implementation of system enhancements, new regulations and/or processes.
- Maintain/publish new Global SOP for related business processes and ensure timely distribution.
- Collate, analyze and map system & process workflows.
- Identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful analysis.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process changes, oversee the implementation of revised processes and monitor the efficacy of updated processes.
- Take lead in investigating problems/issues reported by users.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holders and knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices preferred.
- 5 years of shipping experience with process improvement responsibilities
- In trend to the new industry technology
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and methodologies to enhance business processes.

- Location: Central Singapore District
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- 23 days paid vacation day
