Job Description
- Responsible in the coordination and supervision of workers
- Work plan and assign task to workers and monitor their work progress
- Prepare work schedule, and keep detailed records on site work progress in order to update the Project Manager
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on site works and monitoring of their work progress
- Responsible in taking care of work equipment & tools and take note on equipment calibration
- Assist in the material ordering for site
- Responsible in monitoring workers’ daily attendance and discipline issue
- Take charge on goods/ materials delivery receive on site
- Comply with company standards
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by the Project Manager/ superior
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
- At least 1 Year of working experience in Singapore building and construction industry
- Preferably candidate with experience in handling Interior Fit-Out Project
