JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Regional Head of Visual Merchandising and Commercial, you are responsible to set visual strategy that contributes to a great and consistent visual level, delivering great customer experience in the total region. You and your team provide sales market with clear visual focuses, commercial priorities and tools according to our brand direction. As a partner to the Regional Manager, you lead the business and people according to H&M values, standards, policies and procedures, in the marketsof Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan and Korea – Region East Asia (EAS).
Key responsibilities:
•Set long term visual strategy to secure high level of windows, styling and garment presentation.
•Together with regional sales team and business units, set an OMNI commercial strategy based on local needs and potential.
•Align commercial priorities and workload plan with the regional sales team and clearly communicate with sales markets; ensuring that commercial related info and tools are well relayed.
•Ensure that the visual level is in line with brand expectation in all sales markets through alignment and implementation of visual best practices as well as training, upskilling follow up.
•Challenge and benchmark visual consistency across all sales markets; encouraging creativity, innovation and salesmanship in creating exceptional customer experience.
•Create conditions to enable performance of teams and individuals through talent identification and development; proactive pipeline and succession planning, building a future organization and diverse team.
