What Will You Do
- To provide support and assist the customer service team on Insurance related queries
- To verify documents and processing of claims
- To collate, verify and process any refunds
- To provide support in preparing monthly sales / reconciliation reports
- To brief development requirements and conduct UAT with IT
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
What Do You Need
- At least a Diploma in related field
- Must have certifications for
- Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP)
- Personal General Insurance (PGI)
- Commercial General Insurance (ComGI)
- Must have min 2 years of working experience in related field
- Meticulous, organized and motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve.
- Possess good communication skills and customer oriented.
