- Coach scrum teams to adopt and adhere to Agile methodologies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration of cross-functional teams (strategy, business development, product and development teams) and ensure best practices are followed
- Coach teams to identify technical challenges and solve problems creatively and systematically
- Identify gaps in tools, processes and help improve them
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering agile software products
- Extensive work experience as a Scrum Master
- Work experience with technology companies
- Passionate about coaching and building agile teams
- Work experience and passion in blockchain technology and dApps is a plus
