Job Responsibilities:
- This role will primarily concentrate on corporate, leisure, and group segments within the domestic market.
- Conduct regular proactive, face-to-face, and research-driven sales activities aligned with KPIs. Emphasize potential corporate and leisure business opportunities within designated account areas, maintain close relationships with potential clients through personal visits, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely completion of RFPs and other solicitation programs, and communicate acceptances and rates accordingly.
- Organize FAM trips, site inspections, and on-property entertainment.
- Improve sales effectiveness through quality and quantity of sales calls, providing reports and follow-up.
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings, contribute to discussions, and complete tasks on time.
- Offer timely feedback on market intelligence to the Director of Sales and Marketing (DoSM) and team members. Assist the DoSM with the annual sales plan.
- Support Reservations in maximizing hotel revenue and recommend opportunities, especially from confirmed group business.
- Anticipate market trends and propose timely promotions to maximize hotel yield and revenues.
- Adhere to all rules regarding the confidentiality of property and company information, refraining from sharing information with inappropriate individuals.
- Present a semester-based revenue target and ensure the implementation, control, and monthly assessment of all assigned accounts.
