Role Description:
This position reports to the Director and leads the HR team to manage all HR and payroll related matters in the Company.
Candidate must have the leadership and ability to manage the team to meet the stipulated deadlines.
Specific Responsibilities:
1) Handle Team
2 Payroll process
3) Recruitment
4) Well-versed with MOM regulations & Application processes for foreign employees
5) Comply with Employment Act ( WICA & etc)
6) Knowledgable Of Security Industry
