Summary
The role will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality in labelling to enhance Linguistics AI model accuracy and drive continuous enhancement
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily sampling tasks for one or multiple projects in your designated language.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, identify issues, manage appeals, and offer feedback to enhance labeling quality.
- Analyze and provide feedback on guideline updates, identifying areas for improvement and potential gaps.
- Collaborate closely with labeling teams, Project POC (Point of Contact), and Project QA (Quality Assurance) to ensure adherence to labeling quality standards.
- Participate in calibrations with Labeling teams, alongside Project QA, or provide additional details through offline methods when necessary.
- Collaborate with Model Training or Product teams to align and improve labeling guidelines based on language-specific features.
- Engage with various cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development of quality inspection standards and continually optimize the process and system platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience; an advanced degree in linguistic, literature, philosophy, journalism, or political science is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in using data analysis to identify trends.
- Strong aptitude for learning, effective cross-department communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a well-developed logical and common-sense approach to job tasks.
- Familiarity with office software such as Excel and Word, with a preference for experience in data processing and other data analysis capabilities.
