Job Description:

• Attend to incoming inquiries on travel and tour packages through multiple channels (WhatsApp/telephone/email/walk-ins/social media)

• Manage basic accounts including issuing invoices, collecting payment and passport.

• Manage registration/application/packages.

• Manage submission of documents from applicants (eg. passport, photos etc)

• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheet.

• Min 2 years related work experience in Tour & Travel industry, including Umrah & Hajj


Working Location: Bugis


Salary: $9/hr
