- Manage team of the site supervisors
- Appointed by QP(S) to be full time on site carrying out the duties of the QP(S)’s roles and responsibilities as required by BCA
- Site supervision/inspection of construction works
- Liaise with all parties involved in the project
- Monitor and ensure all works carried out as per specification/approved construction drawings
- Maintain & control site records as per BCA requirement
- Attend site meeting with Authority's Representative and Authority's Appointed Consultant project staff and assist in preparation of the meeting minutes and presentation
- With Station experience is required.
- Relevant working experience from LTA project is a must.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum eight (8) years of post-graduate experience as a civil engineer, of which at least three (4) years of experience in heavy civil/ structural engineering works. Experience in Station will be required.
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board and qualification accredited by Joint Accreditation Committee of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor as defined under the Building Control Act.
