Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit tender estimates through calculation and monitoring processes.
- Conduct risk and value analysis, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in contracts.
- Oversee all aspects of cost estimation, budget management, cost contract purchases, and material handling throughout the contract duration.
- Identify and engage suitable subcontractors for specialized and complex tasks, evaluating subcontractors' invoices and facilitating timely bill settlement.
- Support the Commercial Manager by addressing inquiries and managing billing processes.
- Utilize experience in the Marine Offshore field to comprehend the repair scope specified by clients.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
- Diploma/ Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine / Mechanical Engineering-related studies
- Minimum 4 years working experience in a Shipyard / Marine industry
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
