Responsibilities
· To train persons with disabilities in pre-vocational and community living skills and assist with activities to develop social skills and physical maintenance.
· To supervise and provide quality check of clients’ packing work.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement and monitor client’s individual training plan.
· To be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the clients
- To be responsible in client’s case management To provide periodic updates to caregiver on client progress in the programme.
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or other relevant fields with at least 3 years working experience.
· Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Possesses good organizational and time management skills.
· Be able to work in team.
· Have great passion in wanting to make a difference with people with special needs and train them to acquire vocational skills.
· Experience in training and working with people with special needs will be an advantage.
