Our client is an Insurance Industry. They are looking for a Account Manager to assist their Operation team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.
Duties:
- Provide quotation and handle various requests related to motor insurance for our clients and partners.
- Collaborate with insurers' underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotes, referrals, and appeals.
- Respond promptly to Salesforce leads and queries.
- Prepare documents associated with transacted business.
- Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners.
- Potentially participate in projects aimed at enhancing the quotation process through digitization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in CRM and Microsoft Excel
