Responsibilities:
- PC Asset Management using Asset Management System(Web)
- Handle asset registration, transfer, disposal, labeling
- Responsible to co-ordinate with relevant parties (Finance, HR, GA/Procurement, StoreRoom PIC) for PC Asset Management
- Accountable to check on asset availability from StoreRoom PIC and handle asset issuance
- In charge of asset collection upon resignee exit clearance
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Immediate starter is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Independent and highly responsible with issued tasks
- Working location: Mapletree Business City, Pasir Panjang
