Responsibilities
- Accountable of all phases of the project/sub-project under responsibility including the delivery in production.
- Advise the sponsors on the solution and inform them on the impact on legacy if any.
- Prepare the good condition of new project: Do the cost estimation, staff recruitments, architecture orientation, project organization and get requirement from sponsor.
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of project and their execution.
- With Project Manager, organize the governance and control the efficiency.
- Guarantee the level of quality in order to get the agreement of the sponsor and to maintain well the application in production.
- Deploy the AgileSecDevOps practices in the section and monitor the progress afterwards.
- Optimize continuously the project and the run activities. Propose to Serenity best practices and return of experiences.
- Monitor the quality of the application and propose refactoring plan in case of the debt code is too higher or in case of obsolescence.
Skills/Requirement
Must have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent
- You have at least 8 years of experience, including 3 to 5 years in a developer or technical architect role in a BFI or in a consulting firm.
- Experience in Agile methodology
- A first knowledge of structured financing would be a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to intervene and analyze complex subjects
