Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping the compound, and emptying dustbins, as well as washing toilets.
• Prepare tea breaks, brew coffee, and provide snacks to residents.
• Distribute bento meals to residents who require special dietary arrangements, such as cutting food into small pieces, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Man the counter and assist donors with their queries.
• Collect laundry from residents, wash, dry, fold, and return the clean laundry to residents weekly.
• Monthly tasks include cleaning fans, parapet walls between beds, windows/glass doors, and maintaining water coolers/sinks.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• No formal education required.
• Training will be provided.
• Physically fit, capable of handling heavy loads of donated items, and able to stand for extended periods during duty.
• Hardworking, responsible, and cooperative.
• Able to work independently.
• Work schedule is 6 days per week, including Public Holidays and weekends.
• Two shift options: 6.30 am to 2.30 pm or 11am to 7pm, totalling 42 work hours per week.
