COMPANY DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To conduct inspections related to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) to ensure regulatory compliance. This will include retails outlets, central kitchens, cookhouses, food manufacturing sites, etc.
2. To conduct WSH training to the relevant business units (Bus) and corporate functions (CFs).
3. To conduct risk assessment (RA) for internal stakeholders.
4. To develop safe work procedres (SWPs) for internal stakeholders.
5. To maintain and enhance the BizSafe Management system for Food Services BU.
6. To provide technical support to the stakeholders to ensure compliance to WSH regulations.
7. To investigate WSH incidents where appropriate and provide technical advisory to address the root causes(s).
8. To provide management support for the regular WSH Committee meeting.
9. To prepare reports, conduct trend analysis and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or any related qualifications.
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM.
• At least 2 years of relevant WSH working experience.
• Proficient knowledge of ISO 45001 or any WSH Management System will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
• Motivated and results oriented.
• Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Able to perform basic statistical collation.
