Responsibilities

Temporary Staff Management

  1. Collate bimonthly temporary staff requisition request from all divisions.
  2. Seek and consolidate assessment of temporary staff requisition requests for management approval.
  3. Answer to divisions' temporary staff requests and enquiries
  4. Liaison point between hiring divisions and recruitment agencies.
  5. Process monthly e-invoices for temp staff salaries by recruitment agencies
  6. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for temp staff
  7. Manage temporary staff record.

Recruitment operations

  1. Schedule recruitment interviews
  2. Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g., get time slots, book room, contact candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews)
  3. Administer reference checks.
  4. Send reject emails and track reasons for rejection.
  5. Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

  1. Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  2. Possesses good organizational skills and is meticulous.
  3. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
