Responsibilities
Temporary Staff Management
- Collate bimonthly temporary staff requisition request from all divisions.
- Seek and consolidate assessment of temporary staff requisition requests for management approval.
- Answer to divisions' temporary staff requests and enquiries
- Liaison point between hiring divisions and recruitment agencies.
- Process monthly e-invoices for temp staff salaries by recruitment agencies
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for temp staff
- Manage temporary staff record.
Recruitment operations
- Schedule recruitment interviews
- Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g., get time slots, book room, contact candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews)
- Administer reference checks.
- Send reject emails and track reasons for rejection.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Possesses good organizational skills and is meticulous.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
