Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute advanced preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies for electrical and instrumentation systems, with an unwavering focus on safety and sustainability.
- Demonstrate mastery in electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting, swiftly resolving complex issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Identify, maintain, and optimize an ideal level of electrical spares and drives, proactively reducing plant downtime and ensuring system reliability. Maintain drive parameters and backups meticulously.
- Collaborate with Engineers to lead and organize innovative preventive maintenance initiatives for Medium Voltage (MV) and high voltage (22 kV) systems
- Demonstrate expertise in understanding and developing electrical panel schematics, contributing to improved system understanding and maintenance efficiency.
- Oversee comprehensive material management practices, encompassing consumables, parts, and spare units, optimizing inventory to support efficient maintenance.
- Lead the response to breakdowns, diagnose complex faults, and meticulously record and report findings to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in any of these industries (Chemical/Petrochemical/Pharmaceutical/Power Plant)
- Good analytical skills and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to work in the West / Fixed Office hours no shift.
