Job Description:
- Core function is to support technology related operations of the company.
- Information Systems, Networking and Security support in a virtualized environment including checking of batch jobs, scripts, scheduled tasks.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system, network and security issues.
- Configure and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN etc.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and network inventory.
- Maintaining clear documentation of the infrastructure, network, policies and procedures.
- Assist in ad-hoc project and perform any other duties that assigned for time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma /Degree in IT Technology, Computer Science or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in network and system administration including networking protocols, routing, switching technologies and Windows Servers.
- Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as but not limited to, NAT, DHCP, DNS, BGP, RIP, OSPF.
- Knowledge of switching protocols (VLAN, STP, VTP, and ETHERCHANNEL, PORT SECURITY).
- Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
- Knowledge on IP Telephony technology (Cisco, 3CX).
- Firewall and router configuration, VPN, Policies, DNS (Cisco, Fortigate).
