Roles & Responsibilities
- Manpower planning - Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
- Responsible for operation supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
- Maintain great relationships with key business partners
- Work closely with Operation Head and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and system
Job Requirement:
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the cleaning industry
- Weekend shift required
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates process own transport will be an advantage
