Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Business Process Specialist, driving excellence in offer-to-cash processes. Be a key player in optimizing Supply Chain Management and setting standards for Customer Service across the Asia Pacific market for the Smart Materials Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Implement project goals within budget, time, and quality in the Division/BL(s).
- Drive digitization through IT systems, including cost-benefit analyses.
- Represent and decide in cross-BL / cross-segment committees for OTC processes.
- Create and track business cases, manage project teams, and practice risk management.
- Define, streamline, and implement standardized processes across Customer Service teams.
- Coordinate processes with users and implement solutions in IT systems.
- Provide updates for steering committees and stakeholder management.
- Drive active change management initiatives.
- Provide 1st/2nd level support for key users or act as a key user for Customer Service team(s).
Requirements:
- University Degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Independent, meticulous, organized, with a positive attitude.
- Proactive in resolving process issues and driving Continuous Improvement.
- 8-10 years of experience in Customer Service managing the order-to-cash cycle.
- Experience with ERP systems, S4/Hana, SAP, CRM, IBP, and Microsoft Office.
- Project Management skills.
- Exposure to process mapping; 6 Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
