6 Days work week
JOBSCOPE:
Concoct Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Handle the day-to-day bar operations.
Uphold work area cleanliness in accordance to NEA standard.
Able to engage, surprise and delight customers with cocktail and mocktail recommendation.
Managing service crew.
Report to the Executive chef if any issues.
Support floor operation as needed.
1 – 2 Years of relevant work experience.
Creativity and willingness to experiment to devise new drinks.
Must have knowledge about coffee.
