(A) Corporate sales
Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals in order to create a pipeline of qualified resources to support organizational needs.
1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
- Track and report sales performance: track and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of corporate sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends: keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and new product releases to ensure that the company is offering the latest and most innovative solutions to corporate clients.
- Maintain strong product knowledge: Understand the technical specifications, features, and benefits of various camera models, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories. Having strong product knowledge will allow Corporate Sales to provide informed recommendations to corporate clients, tailor solutions to meet their specific needs, and effectively communicate the value of the products and services offered by Alan Photo.
- Attend trade shows and other events to promote the company and its products.
- Excel in a target-driven environment with realistic and achievable targets, reflected in the market-leading commission structure
(B) Retail sales
1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations for photography equipment and accessories.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including cameras, lenses, accessories, and related technologies, to effectively assist customers and answer their inquiries.
3. Sales and Upselling: Demonstrate strong sales skills by showcasing the features and benefits of various products, upselling relevant accessories, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Customer Assistance: Assist customers in navigating the store, locating products, and providing product demonstrations when necessary.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure products are properly labeled and displayed, and report any inventory discrepancies to the management.
6. Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and maintain proper documentation.
7. Product Training: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product releases, and technologies to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
8. Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the management to continually improve our products and services.
9. Other Ad Hoc tasks assign by General Manager and Management
Renumeration :-
- Salary or Emoluments - depends on relevant experiences PLUS Commission / Incentives.
- Annual leaves between 7 to 14days, depends on designated and scope of works, include performance(S)
- Other Flex Benefits Programme and as per Singapore MOM Act
- 5.5 and/or 6 workdays per week on rotated shift schedule by Management
