Roles and responsibilities:
- Capture business requirements effectively and create user stories for development work packages.
- Communicate effectively with developers on explanation of user stories and validating the end implementation of the requirements.
- Facilitate in the production and agreement of solution designs; incorporating the inputs from Business and Technical teams.
- Communicate with product managers on product roadmap, backlog grooming, prioritization of requirements and sprint release/plans
- Handhold delivery of items throughout the delivery lifecycle and facilitate the team in resolving
- Co-ordinate with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements.
This position requires:
- Business Analyst with 5-6 years of experience working in finance industry/Banks & in G20 OTC Trade Reporting Domain .
- At least 2 years of exposure working in Derivative Products (FX, Rates, Credit, Equity etc). Basic Functional knowledge of the products is essential.
- Strong technical experience in various system interfaces, database , scripts and excel tools
- Functional knowledge in both Investment Banking and Private Banking would be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Agile working would be a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior managers, developers, stakeholders.
- Ability to produce clear, concise documents
- Strong presentation skills
- ‘Hands-on can do’ attitude
