Responsibilities:
- To provide administration support to operations department.
- Assist in daily operation arrangement and relevant documentation work.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating operation work processes and work plans.
- To perform data entry of all Production-related transactions into QAD.
- To verify all data entry accuracy and document.
- Assist in reports preparation, stock take and stock check.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ level.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Positive working attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
