Responsibilities -
- Responsible to handle coverage support (24x7 mobile support) and provide permanent solution / workaround depending on the nature of issues.
- Collaborate with interface teams to troubleshoot any interface issues and provide resolution.
- Collaborate with Business users and stakeholders to understand and troubleshoot issues and provide resolution.
- Work with Infrastructure / Cloud operations teams for any change requests, issues, patching activities etc.
- Perform deployment & release management activities.
- Collaborate with development squad to provide insights for defect fix by providing analysis performed.
Requirements -
- Programming language/framework: Java, Spring MVC, MySQL.
- Hands-on experience in Linux & Shell.
- Hands-on experience in SQL.
- Hands-on experience in AWS services.
- Experience in using ITSM tools.
- Experience in Release Management activities.
- Knowledge in Splunk & Datadog.
