Core responsibilities:
Project Management
· To attend Work Committee, Branch Office, Town Council Meetings
· To attend Meet the People Sessions (Site Walkabouts)
· To monitor overall construction progression, operation costs, safety performance and to resolve matters / issues related to project
· Carry out initiatives to the Company’s directors
· Assists Construction Director and Contracts Dept in preparation for tender submission
Project Budget Control
· Plan and monitor preliminary cost budget to ensure project cost within approved budget
· To map out Projected S-Curve for project financial cash flow
· To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage
Technical Understanding
· Understanding of drawings, specification requirements and contract scope of works
· Ability to resolve project related technical issue & provide engineering & alternative solutions

People Development
· Participates in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.
· Reviews management evaluations for consistency.
· Impresses upon management the importance of the performance evaluation programs.
· Manages the development of subordinates.
· Assigns tasks to practice management that give subordinates an opportunity to grow.
