Job Responsibilities
Tactical Roadshows
Independently source and liaise with landlords/vendors to secure roadshow booth locations
Schedule and plan out the roadshow locations’ calendar
Ensure all logistical aspects of the roadshows, such as venue booking, event set up are well organized
In charge of booth setup, fabrication and event marketing promotions
Work closely with the Division Managers to ensure that roadshows’ manpower and operations are smooth
Provide assistance to the sales team at respective locations when necessary
Work with HQ marketing to maintain an organized inventory of promotional materials such as brochures and banners
Compile roadshow data for analysis to improve future roadshows
Collaborate with HQ marketing and sale floor to align roadshow efforts with overall promotional strategies

Foot Traffic Strategies
Manage and enhance relationship with landlords and tenants
Leverage on the website and social media presence of landlords to propagate our services and promotions to shoppers and followers
Implement and measure the effectiveness of tenants-centric promotions and activities
Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of individual malls, assess the trending, and derive solutions to optimize performance
Monitor the optimization of rooms/bays in various outlets and determine actions to improve on performance
Design and implement traffic drivers for off peak periods
Build on the referral programme to drive more new customers to our store and encourage existing customers to try out cross-brand services
Work alongside Divison Managers in organizing open house in outlets and measure the effectiveness of all the sessions
Work alongside HQ marketing on the implementation of customer loyalty programme in the future
Other adhoc tasks whenever necessary
Job Requirement
At least 3 years of sales floor experience working in a supervisory/management position
Have experience in event planning and executive, preferable with roadshow or promotional events
Have contacts for venue set up, fabrication
Have experience in booking of roadshows and liaison with mall management
Able to work independently and as part of a team
