Role
As the Project Manager, your duties
- Maintain and elevating engineering standards, streamlining time-to-market processes, promoting the adoption of new technologies, and guiding the organization through rapid evolution.
- Oversee engineering development projects, managing team iterations, and facilitating sprint releases.
- Addresses project conflicts, challenges, and adapting to dynamic business requirements are essential for sustaining high-performance operations.
- Effective communication with management and stakeholders is crucial.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve personnel issues and project issues
- Conduct post-mortem and root cause analyses to guide teams in continuous improvement practices is also integral to the role.
- Provide guidance and support to product owners in managing intra-team dynamics related to priorities and scope is necessary.
- Regularly monitoring and reporting on project progress, including significant milestones and factors impacting project cost or schedule, is an integral part of your responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Possess of a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- 4 years' experience in project management and 4 years' in engineering.
- A strong understanding of software and system design, platform architecture, and experience in the complete product life cycle development.
- Highly self-motivated, a collaborative team player, and prepared to make a meaningful impact.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Robust organizational skills with a capacity to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- The ability to articulate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
