To assist with administrative tasks such as sending email reminders to licensees and maintaining records. Key tasks would be as follows:


a) Administrative support to licensing officers in licence processing e.g. sending email reminders to Licensees for licence renewals, licence fee payments and AGTO report submissions;

b) Support Licensing officers for IRIS e.g. with data cleansing of Services-based Operations Class and Individual Licence records in TLS and GBL in preparation for data migration to IRIS, checking for data accuracy, data compilation, and testing of SBO processes in IRIS;

c) Digital record-keeping e.g. create folders in Sharepoint and upload digitalised application forms and supporting documents, licence renewal reminder letters, licence fee payment reminder letters, and payment acknowledgement letters and licences to the respective folders for record; and

d) Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
