- Create project budget, schedule project activities
- Manage from point of contact with Builder to view works sites and proposal requirement needed for the lift Installation
- Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections.
- Ensures project running smoothly and completed on time.
- Order equipment according to required specification.
- Liaise with building contractors, sub-contractors and project team members.
- Takes charge of day to day running of projects and updating of plans & schedules as and when there are variations to them.
- Conducting all aspects of project activities, including attendance to technical meetings and discussions with clients and suppliers
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
