Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of our chemical products and solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and applications to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set and achieve sales targets and goals, tracking performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of company chemical products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure favorable agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant sales experience in the chemical industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a fast pace team environment
- Must possess own vehicle
