Job Description

As the Data & Analytics Senior Manager, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of data to drive business growth and enhance our digital marketing strategies. You will lead a team of data analysts and work closely with our clients to implement data-driven decisions. Your primary focus will be on digital marketing data, media performance data, analytics visualization, GA4 implementation, cross-platform tracking, and customer data segmentation. Additionally, experience in the following areas is highly valued:

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Data Analysis:

  • Analyze digital marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize AI to organize and analyze data, extracting actionable insights.

Media Performance Data Management:

  • Manage and analyze media performance data from various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising channels.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI.

Analytics Visualization & Analysis

  • Create and maintain visually engaging reports and dashboards to present data insights effectively.
  • Utilize tools such as Looker Studio and Microsoft Power BI to enhance data visualization capabilities
  • Generate written insights and analyses that are meaningful to data owners and stakeholders.

GA4 Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for clients' websites.
  • Lead the audit and analysis of tracking effectiveness.
  • Ensure GA4 tracking is accurate and aligns with clients' business goals.

Cross-Platform Tracking and Optimization:

  • Implement and manage cross-platform tracking solutions to provide a holistic view of customer interactions.
  • Ability to make strategic recommendations based on cross-platform data analysis to optimize campaigns

Customer Data Segmentation:

  • Segment customer data from CDPS to create personalized marketing strategies.
  • Integrate data from Customer Data Platforms with other marketing platforms.

AI-Powered Data Organization:

  • Leverage AI to efficiently organize and analyze data for more meaningful insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data analysis techniques.

Social Listening and Social Media Platforms Integration:

  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor and analyze conversations and trends on social media platforms.
  • Integrate data from various social media platforms into analytics efforts.

Lead conversations with clients

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Ability to write and present persuasively

Qualifications:

In addition to the qualifications mentioned earlier, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Some experience or motivation in harnessing AI tools to organize and analyze data effectively.
  • Proficiency with Looker Studio, Google Data Studio and/or Microsoft Power BI for advanced data visualization.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and the ability to integrate data from multiple social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and their integration into marketing strategies.
  • Experience with tracking implementation on various marketing platforms including but not limited to email automation, social media platforms, Google and Meta Platforms, Tik Tok, mobile apps downloads and broad world wide web analytics.
  • A strong passion for staying updated with emerging technologies in the data and analytics field.
