- Salary: $1500 - $1700
- Location: East (Accessible by Aljunied and Paya Lebar MRT)
- 5.5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 12pm)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and, if necessary, document messages.
- Address inquiries from relatives/public and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for relatives, visitors, and suppliers, including issuing visitor tags.
- Oversee the process of relatives/visitors taking residents out of the Home, maintaining accurate records.
- Receive and account for the delivery of goods from the Home's suppliers.
- Document incoming mails and distribute them to recipients who sign for their receipt.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level
- Candidate is Bilingual proficiency
- Demonstrates excellent telephone manners.
- Focused on providing exceptional service and interacting effectively with people.
