• Assist Managers to manage daily operations of retail business.
• Manage and oversee employee scheduling for multiple locations/outlets while ensuring all stores are operationally ready 24/7. You will be required to standby and mobilise for store operations in the event of staff shortage.
• Propose right policies and processes to align all stores service level quality and excellence.
• Assist to recruit and interview retail staffs and grow a stronger team of sales force.
• Assist in conducting training programmes for team members.
• Ensure customer service excellence, satisfaction and resolution by assisting to attend on customer service and complaints.
• Assist on providing weekly and monthly reporting to key stakeholders and management.
• Support marketing plans, visual merchandising, advertising and campaigns in retail outlets.
• Learn and Support E-commerce Online Store activities
• Participate and support management on business and overseas development.
• Assist in managing store inventory and stock transfers internally & externally.
• Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Constantly provides constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
• Other retail operational duties as assigned.
• 5-day work week, 47.5 hours per week, inclusive of weekends and PH
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Educational Level: Diploma of any field
• Minimum years of retail experience: 2 years
• Willing to learn ear-piercing skills
• Comfortable working with young children and women (our main customer profile)
