Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in Backend/Fullstack Engineering.
- Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, and a solid understanding of DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership skills in managing projects and mentoring team members.
