Our client is a global MNC in providing engineering solutions. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a System Support Specialist to join their WMS Support Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in East area – easily accessible.
Duties of System Support Specialist:
- Specialize in warehousing with a primary focus on documenting and training in the Blue Yonder WMS configuration process.
- Designing and implementing processes.
- Provide global support and training for logistics operations while ensuring compliance with standardized procedures through process audits.
- Take ownership of managing process changes, including requesting IT changes and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Active participation in the WMS-TMS project core team for configuration and testing.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in related study
- At least 3 year relevant experience in WMS Configuration, specializing in Blue Yonder system
- Comfortable with travelling arrangement
