Accounts Executive

Salary: $2800 -$3500, with VB
Location: Pixel Red, Tai Seng Avenue
Job scope:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project billing, payments receivables and administration. A strong grasp of the XERO Accounting system is essential.
- Oversee project billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing
- Handle accounts payable functions, including timely payment processing
- Updating of accounts receivables and maintaining up to date status.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary project information
- Utilize the XERO Accounting system proficiently for effective financial management
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and accounting best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of project billing and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in using the XERO Accounting system is a must
