Who We Need:
We're in search of a seasoned Senior Frontend/Fullstack Engineer with a proven track record in developing user-centric applications and a strong passion for technology-driven healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in frontend technologies, a strategic approach to product development, and an ability to lead and mentor a dynamic engineering team.
Your Role:
- Serve as a technical lead, guiding project vision and ensuring the highest quality of software development.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technological solutions with business objectives.
- Drive innovation in our products, focusing on scalability, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features from conception to deployment.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in Frontend/Fullstack Engineering.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript and frameworks like React.js.
- Strong experience in tech leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for navigating complex project requirements.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in leading tech teams and driving software development best practices.
- Strong portfolio of successful projects showcasing technical and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, Backend, or DevOps.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning (ML) and its applications in healthcare.
