Job Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing Manager for daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing activities.
- Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities in developing new businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify the target customers' needs, competition, and trends to help in creating marketing strategies and plans.
- Monitor marketing campaigns' progress and results to gather data to help improve performance.
- Deliver graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports of findings, statistics, and insights.
- Create and update social media accounts.
- Respond to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media.
- Participate in company marketing activities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in Marketing position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good organisational, time management, and project management skills.
- Meticulous attention to details and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office, digital marketing software, and social media platforms, Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Knowledge in Creative Design software is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced work environment.
Working Hours:
8.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Thursday)
8.00 am to 5.00 pm (Friday)
