Responsibilities:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical/electrical services, plumbing, sanitary services, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical controls.
- Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Addressing customer inquiries, needs, and complaints while ensuring excellent service.
Requirements:
- Possess a Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV and facilities management.
- Able to commit to Shift Work and Overtime.
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
