Our client is from Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Sales Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate customer order processing using the company's internal CRM/ERP systems and customer purchase orders, ensuring precision and promptness in execution.
- Collaborate with internal counterparts (e.g., Sales teams, Factory, local logistics, and sales support teams) to address issues and ensure seamless order processing.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Cultivate and uphold positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Vigilantly track order status until the final delivery.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or any relevant field
- Min 3 years of working experience
- Prior experience in using SAP is required.
