We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations across Asia. This role is instrumental in expanding the market presence in these strategically important regions. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth exclusively through external distribution channels, local resellers, and system integrators while collaborating within the global organization
Key Responsibilities :
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for North Asia, Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan to achieve revenue targets.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external distribution partners, local resellers, and system integrators.
· Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to expand market reach and penetration.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns tailored to regional nuances.
· Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique dynamics, market maturity, and market penetration levels in each territory, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
· Provide valuable market feedback and insights to the product development team to ensure product alignment with market needs.
· Work in close coordination with the VP APAC and other Sales leaders to align regional sales strategies with the company's global objectives.
· Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity across the region.
· Conduct regular training and enablement programs for channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· Proven track record of success in software sales, particularly through external distribution and channel partners. Experience in Security software will be a plus
· Extensive experience in the Asian market, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances of North Asia, Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan.
· Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, global organization.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the region as needed.
· Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
