Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities with key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors or agents in the region, ensuring they meet sales targets and effectively represent company products/services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region, working closely with the executive team.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the senior management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Telecommunication or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant sales experience in the electronics manufacturing industries
- Must have experience in account management.
- Experience in VSAT is an advantage.
