Job Description
- Manage the entire fulfillment cycle, from order release to physical delivery, including credit block release and validating customer PO pricing.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entries by the warehouse team.
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery by transporters based on agreed schedules.
- Handle delivery operation escalations with CSPL appointed partners and channel sales managers.
- Manage returns by completing PRA documentation for credit notes release.
- Oversee invoicing processes, including retailer invoice upload, empties invoicing, and E-commerce billing.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of completed deliveries for audit purposes.
- Supervise ACK (miscellaneous orders), ensuring correct completion before passing to the warehouse for processing.
- Provide support for various supply chain-related activities as needed.
Requirements
- At least Diploma holder or another equivalent
- Preferred knowledge in SAP System
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain
