ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and disseminate reports.
- Collate and submit monthly online sales & marketing accruals and expenses.
- Assist and support sales teams on new accounts opening procedure and Pricing update
- Sales Order Processing and Delivery
- Customer A&P tracking and claims
- Set up a contract management system to store and track the renewal of contracts
- Assist Technical department personnel on monthly equipment reports to headquarters and update equipment inventory
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a Diploma
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Meticulous, responsible and team player
