ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and disseminate reports.
  • Collate and submit monthly online sales & marketing accruals and expenses.
  • Assist and support sales teams on new accounts opening procedure and Pricing update
  • Sales Order Processing and Delivery
  • Customer A&P tracking and claims
  • Set up a contract management system to store and track the renewal of contracts
  • Assist Technical department personnel on monthly equipment reports to headquarters and update equipment inventory
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess at least a Diploma
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous, responsible and team player
