Core responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the project (HDB)
• Plan and launch public relation programs for Home Improvement Program (HIP) such as preparing circulars, letters and notices
• Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens’ Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed by the Board or the Client
• Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting, as and when directed by the SO Representative
• Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact

• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Develop positive relationship and maintain good rapport with residents and different stakeholders
• Participate in project's meeting, record minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project
• Maintain proper record of all PR cases, correspondences and communication materials
• All other associated co-ordination and submission works and documentations
• Perform administrative and clerical duties
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience Required:
• GCE A ‘Level/Diploma holder
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Min 5 Years’ Experience in HDB projects preferred
• Able to multitask, good organizational and time management skills
• A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office
• Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
