Summary
Seeking a Payment Ops Executive to manage financial operations, drive excellence, and implement strategies for our flagship payment gateway
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support day to day operations related to global customer payments and payment gateways
- Work with the engineering, community and operations teams to identify operational areas of improvement and create and monitor new processes to keep teams as efficient as possible
- Perform bank and payment provider reconciliations and investigate any issues that are identified
- Assist with running new integrations through testing before launch
- Exercise maintenance of current integrations and operations and identify areas of improvement based on current practices
- Implement and execute processes related to internal audits, quality control, compliance and training
Requirements
- 2 years in Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Treasury management, or similar areas OR
- 2 years of experience working in the crypto space, with a strong understanding of the underlying technologies behind the largest cryptocurrencies
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and financial skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve results
- Able to perform under pressure when required
