Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and email correspondence
- Scheduling of appointments for customers
- follows up with calls if there's cancellations appointments.
- Provide high standards of customer service with a positive attitude.
- Calling prospective or existing customers for appointments (non-cold calling)
- Prior experience in customer service and telemarketing positions is a plus.
- Other administrative duties
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level or above in any field.
- Entry level are welcome to apply
- Full-time position(s) available.
- Working hours 11 am - 8 pm
- Work location at CBD and near MRT station
